Shipping policy

Please allow 7-10 days for order processing (unless articulated otherwise in product description). Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Recordings (vinyl, CDs, cassettes) and publications are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Shipping rate is based on weight and location of the order. We are not responsible for additional duties and taxes incurred on international orders. Shipping address cannot be changed or edited once an order is placed. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
